The Trump Prophecies
"For the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets." -Amos 3:7
This is a brief introduction to a topic that could fill up a book, or books.
Some Christ followers are comfortable with the concept of the modern-day prophetic. In other words, with prophetic voices speaking on behalf of God today. For others, it is something to reject since the canon of Scripture has been complete for about two-thousand years.

For me, it is a combination of both. I agree that the Bible is complete, but also believe that there are modern-day prophets. Meaning those who hear the voice of God—and not just for themselves, but with important revelation meant for others as well. I do not think that the prophetic voices of today carry the same authority as the Isaiahs and Daniels of Old Testament since they are not writing a holy book made to stand for all time. But that does not mean that what they are saying should be marginalized or neglected.
“‘In the last days, God says,

I find that dealing with the modern-day prophetic requires a great deal of discernment. “Test all things, hold fast what is good”. My observation is that many of the self-proclaimed prophets of today have nothing to report but positive news. I have been duped by these types in the past, sadly. I am leery of those who have a steady, unending stream of words from God such that they can schedule weekly programs to provide the latest exciting update. Maybe that’s just the way it is for them, I don’t know. It is possible. But my reading of the Old Testament suggests that true revelation comes on God’s timeline. And God is never in a hurry since for him 1000 years is as but a day.
I tend to look for prophetic voices who are unlikely candidates (e.g., not seminary graduates), who have had this gift from God thrust upon them unexpectedly, and who share ‘negative’ words (e.g., calls to repentance and rebukes) as well as ‘positive’ words.
With those preliminaries out of the way, there are several prophecies about the Trump presidency [the first term] to discuss.
I do not intend to discuss prophecies about the 2020 election. By that time the Trump had developed a bandwagon that was full of hangers-on and fair-weather friends. Further, 2020 is problematic to deal with since Trump won the election (i.e., won a second term), but did not proceed to a second term directly due to the stolen election. I want to focus instead on those who were declaring Trump as President-to-be before their time and were swimming against the current with their predictions. I find especially impressive the predictions that were made prior to announcing his candidacy.
Mark Taylor
Mark Taylor is a retired firefighter from Orlando, Florida. He received a prophetic revelation in 2011 that Donald Trump would become President. When the 2012 presidential campaigns rolled around and Trump did not even choose to run, Taylor thought he had gotten it all wrong. Later it became clear that he was simply ahead of his time.
In addition to predicting the Trump presidency, Taylor also predicted that Trump would select five Supreme Court justices, that Roe versus Wade would be overturned, and that both the economy and American energy would thrive under Trump’s leadership. Taylor predicted that Trump would hold two consecutive terms. I find this prediction difficult to discredit since I believe that Trump indeed won the 2020 race only to have it stolen through election fraud. Trump has appointed three justices to-date; we will see if two more follow in a future term.
4-28-11 Commander in Chief
The Spirit of God says, I have chosen this man, Donald Trump, for such a time as this. For as Benjamin Netanyahu is to lsrael, so shall this man be to the United States of America! For I will use this man to bring honor, respect and restoration to America. America will be respected once again as the most powerful and prosperous nation on earth, (other than lsrael). The dollar will be the strongest it has ever been in the history of the United States, and will once again be the currency by which all others are judged.
The Spirit of God says, the enemy will quake and shake and fear this man I have anointed. They will even quake and shake when he announces he is running for president, it will be like the shot heard across the world. The enemy will say what shall we do now? This man knows all our tricks and schemes. We have been robbing America for decades, what shall we do to stop this? The Spirit says HA! No one shall stop this that l have started! For the enemy has stolen from America for decades and it stops now! For I will use this man to reap the harvest that the United States has sown for and plunder from the enemy what he has stolen and return it 7 fold back to the United States. The enemy will say lsrael, lsrael, what about lsrael? For lsrael will be protected by America once again. The spirit says yes! America will once again stand hand and hand with lsrael, and the two shall be as one. For the ties between lsrael and America will be stronger than ever, and lsrael will flourish like never before.
The Spirit of God says, I will protect America and lsrael, for this next president will be a man of his word, when he speaks the world will listen and know that there is something greater in him than all the others before him. This man's word is his bond and the world and America will know this and the enemy will fear this, for this man will be fearless.
The Spirit says, when the financial harvest begins so shall it parallel in the spiritual for America. The Spirit of God says, in this next election they will spend billions to keep this president in; it will be like flushing their money down the toilet. Let them waist their money, for it comes from and it is being used by evil forces at work, but they will not succeed, for this next election will be a clean sweep for the man I have chosen. They will say things about this man (the enemy), but it will not affect him, and they shall say it rolls off of him like the duck, for as the feathers of a duck protect it, so shall my feathers protect this next president. Even mainstream news media will be captivated by this man and the abilities that I have gifted him with, and they will even begin to agree with him says the Spirit of God.
Lance Wallnau
Lance is a former pastor currently serving as the Director of The Lance Learning Group in Dallas, Texas. The Lance Learning Group is a strategic teaching and consulting company with thirty years of experience in advising businesses and non-profits.
Wallnau heard these words in 2016, prior to the primaries:
“Isaiah 45 will be the 45th President”. When he dug into that chapter he found that it spoke of a secular man who would become God’s instrument to bless His people. Isaiah 45 refers to Cyrus, the Persian king, who allowed the Jews to return to their homeland to rebuild their temple. Cyrus was a non-believer who was nonetheless a powerful advocate for people of faith.
Wallnau looked at the crowded field of Republican presidential candidates and found that every one, aside from Donald Trump, claimed to be an evangelical believer. He knew that Trump was the man he was looking for. Wallnau went on record predicting that Trump would win the Republican nomination and the presidential election—at a time when he was far behind in the polls.
Wallnau also heard this: “Donald Trump is a wrecking ball to the spirit of political correctness”. He went public with this statement and it has become over time an uncannily accurate portrayal of the 45th President.
Wallnau spoke of Trump as a modern-day Cyrus - a secular leader who was selected by the hand of God to bless God’s people.

Kim Clement
Kim Clement was a concert-level pianist from South Africa who moved to the United States in 1991. He had a prophetic gift which he shared in churches and meetings throughout America and the rest of the world. His home was in Southern California. He was married with five children and he travelled extensively throughout the world until his death in 2016.
Kim prophesied extensively about Donald Trump on many occasions dating back at least as far as 2007.
“There will be a praying President, not a religious one, says the Lord. I will fool the people, yes I will. God says, the one that is chosen shall go in and they shall say, ‘He has hot blood.’ For the Spirit of God says, yes, he may have hot blood, but he will bring the walls of protection on this country in a greater way and the economy of this country shall change rapidly, says the Lord of hosts. Listen to the word of the Lord, God says, I will put at your helm for two terms a President that will pray, but he will not be a praying President when he starts. I will put him in office and then I will baptize him with the Holy Spirit and my power, says the Lord of hosts.”
“It shall come to pass that the man that I place in the highest office shall go in whispering my name. But God said, when he enters into the office, he will be shouting out by the power of the Spirit. For I shall fill him with my spirit when he goes into office and there will be a praying man in the highest seat in your land.” -February 10, 2007
“Now, God says…a President that I will bring into the White House. They will say ‘he is ungodly. He does not know God.’ But even as Jesus disguised himself for the great feast, so have I disguised this man’s heart, and when he comes to the White House, not only shall he be mine, that he shall pray as a man that has never prayed in the White House. Is anybody excited about this?! That same man, that same man, says the Spirit of God, shall put his feet onto this platform, and God says they shall say, ‘how did this take place?’ Laws shall change. Young men and young women shall have access into the kingdom, and with authority into politics, and with authority into the industries that now have been controlled by darkness. They will shout, ‘impeach, impeach’, but this shall not happen. And then God says, highly embarrassing moments when another Snowden arises. And people will become very afraid…
I have said that I will bring this nation to its knees. The man that I have raised up…pray…for the enemy will do everything in its power to put a witch in the White House…For Jezebel has chased away the prophets and even Elijah. Now I have said go back for this shall be dismantled so that there will be no more corruption in the White House says the Spirit…”

The Hermit of Loreto, Tom Zimmer
Tom Zimmer was a U.S. World War II veteran who moved to Italy to live a life of prayer and sacrifice. In 1983, he told Dr. Claude Curran that 'there’s a man right now who I believe in the future is going to lead America back to God…the man who is going to in the future lead our country back to God is Donald J. Trump.'
This is a rather astonishing prediction since at that time Trump was known as a wealthy, New York-based deal-making playboy.
John-Henry Westen of LifeSiteNews.com researched the story, confirming its basic facts. His work showed that there was indeed an American named Tom Zimmer who lived in Loreto and who made these statements to a Dr. Claude Curran. See linked article below.
What Should We Make Of It?
Well, that depends upon your faith and you view of events. I find it difficult to dismiss the words of these four men. They were way ahead of their time and they were swimming against strong currents. My understanding of spiritual history is that this is how God often works (Abraham, Noah, David, Daniel, John the Baptist, …the list is endless). The characterizations of Trump by these men are nothing short of stunning. That is hard for me to ignore. The anti-supernatural bias is strong in the west, but I reject it.
Am I biased? Yes, I am definitely biased. I want these prophecies to be true. I want God to raise up a man and a movement to save this nation. Do I think that Donald Trump is that leader? Yes. Would I have chosen Donald Trump for this job? No. I’m not that smart.
